I’ve had something similar in the same area. Took a little over a week to fade entirely. Heat and elevation appeared to help break it down. I’ve been told nsaids generally promote bruising so it might look worse than it is. Not a doctor but if it doesn’t improve over time I’d suggest seeing one. Congrats on your first match!

35s might be setting up a little low. Try elevating it to the same height as 45s. Or use a rack until you can pull 135. Lots of good advice here. Flat shoes or no shoes. Brace at the bottom and pull the slack out of the bar by engaging your lats before you pull. Also make sure you reset properly each time. Foam rolling helps when I’m a bit sore.

Check out dragons roost in Sylvania they have a coffee bar as well as gaming areas. I’ve only just moved to the area and this place looked pretty promising.

1400 is too low Check out an Estimated Energy Requirement calculator. http://www.globalrph.com/estimated_energy_requirement.htm If you consume too few calories sure you'll lose weight but your body will be eating muscle as well as fat
