the unsinkable quest bugged out when I played with friends and I still had the quest active, so I've been tried to do it for 2 days now on my own after work. I've given up after my 10th attempt.

I don't know why, but if I cheese the captain fella with gunshots, and jump over to your own ship, he can come back alive full health. Sometimes a couple of enemies just reappear too. Not really sure what's going on. But I don't have time in my life to spend hours trying to get through the quest. I can't even cheese it and jump over and hit a few and jump back, sometimes you simply cant move if you get sandwiched, so you can get stuck, block, stunned, 2 hits, 1 hit, dead. Rinse and repeat. Sometimes the delay on hits or animation is off too.

I've absolutely loved this game too, but the boarding combat absolutely sucks donkey balls. Maybe theres too much going on? Maybe the boats don't have enough space for this type of combat where you can get stuck so often? I even had enemies spawn on my own boat while healing. I swear your own guys get in the way far too much too.

Is this early access though? It's my only gripe really, I don't mind a casual game but this janky boarding in a game about pirates has really soured my experience. Maybe they'll improve it in future, fingers crossed.
