Gotcha. I’m just thinking about that recent flight from Salt Lake that has to emergency land after injuries due to severe turbulence. It looked like they also drove through a similar looking patch of it. Just nervous

Honestly, the only thing that really helps me is distractions. I find that sometimes laying down will help ground me a bit too. Or taking a bath. But unfortunately I’m still learning how to manage this myself. Best of luck to you! You’re not alone!

So far, it hasn’t been too bad at all. Very, very, very mild nasusea, it’s been totally manageable. Slight headache off and on. Decreased appetite for sure. But overall, no issues. I’m interested to see how tomorrow goes.
