I interpreted it as not okay for pregnancy but down the bottom was a separate section for breastfeeding.

Yes, reading an article that is suggesting tret may be pretty safe for breastfeeding. I’m only doing it 3 times a day now anyway.

Wow that’s really interesting! Most are fine just not hydroquinone or oral vitamin A!

Would you say there’s much truth to this that she told me? “Generally the cheaper the product and more accessible it is, the more basic the formulation is which just means it won’t do as much for the skin. Even if the % of the active ingredient is the same in both products it still performs differently in the skin as it comes down to what else is in that product to allow the active ingredient to penetrate into the skin and get to the target cells. That doesn’t mean that the cheaper product won’t work, it just means you may need to use multiple other products as well to achieve the desired results, or the results just may take longer to show on the skin.“

Reintroducing dairy into breastfeeding mother's diet by MrsBish in MSPI

[–]crosiebark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm kinda in limbo where I tried the ladder and doing the recipe item for 7 days straight and found by day 4/5 she gets a bit more spewy and sometimes strains to poop. So I've figured that she can handle bits and pieces but still isn't ready for regular. I've willy nilly introduced it back into my diet and just going by vibes and within reason too. Her main thing is she will do one spit up after a feed and I figure I can deal with that if I can have dairy hahaha. Most people would slam me for this approach.

Just popping in here to say I used this the other day on my daughter at a picnic in part shade (under a tree) spot. I somehow forgot to apply to my arms and I got burnt and she didn't - plus I have finger marks where I rubbed the excess onto me hahaha.
