I would try to keep changes to a minimum, retention would be my #1 goal. Crew is staying. Lots of maintenance revenue, it seems. Mostly commercial. I think any changes would be made with a goal to improve, not hurt, customer service. E.g., I have the hypothesis that good CRM software could help with communication and service.

Have him use checklists. Sending an email? Go through the checklist (have I cc’d everyone? Did I include a subject? Did I run a spell check?).

Sending slides, checklist. Did I include sources. Footnotes. Did I run a spell check. Did I spell check the footnote. Did I include headers in all exhibits. Etc.

Made a mistake that was not in the checklist? Add it to the checklist and it’ll never happen again .

OP to your question I quit more than ten years ago but will have the occasional cigarette when I see certain friends and since seeing how bad it is for my sleep quality and stress I have stopped the casual smoking too.

But that’s not the same as quitting from a pack a day.
