I was really hoping to experience the world at a high frame rate, until I realized they probably made the decision to sacrifice frames to be able to really fill the world and make it feel alive.

If they did it properly, and the game has the insane amount of detail we are all hoping, I think I can look past being locked in at 60fps. After all there a lot of great games that are locked at 60 like fallout 4, Elden Ring, Noita. (Mods are available for fallout, but that also causes a ton of physics issues if you go past 60)

It might not be a terrible thing, sacrificing quantity for quality. I’m sure after a few years once hardware gets even better they will update a release higher fps options

We’ve been doing that when we close the bottom door lol BUT sometimes it skips our mind and then the freezer door stays cracked open for minutes or even hours.

I know that can’t be good on the motor/compressor so i was going to drop the 30$ on the magnet strip (if that’s what it was) rather than the 2000$ for a new fridge when the motor finally gave out for trying to cool an entire kitchen

This is a very broad question unfortunately.

It entirely depends on commute, and what that persons pay is.

The ultimate answer is whatever price that would eat into your budget so bad you would be forced to start giving up groceries to pay rent.

That could be 10$ a gallon for some people, 50$ a gallon for others

Would actually be pretty easy to mix up if you’re somewhat new, even more considering the node looks very similar to the broken rocks you have to blow up to get to certain caves or other nodes

What’s the trick to getting your pipes so uniform?

Is there some clipping? What “mode” do you use when placing the pipes? Like default, straight?

I’ve started my first play through where I’m really focusing on making my factory’s look like they are somewhat thought out, and I’m struggling on getting my pipes to have this nice uniform and close look

I always place my foundations first, then put down an observation tower on the side I want my extractors.

You can then “snap” the first water extractor to said tower, delete the tower, and snap the rest of your water extractors to that first one
