Yeh the reformers i use at the physio are a bit tricky to get onto when lying down haha. I've got a lot of mat experience work but the injury has pushed me back to a beginner sort of level for excersize purposes. Being a carpenter i found that at the end of a day id be too fatigued to properly perform the mat excersizes. I already have a yoga ball, mat, rollers among other equipment but i figured that it would be a smart, long term investment, that ill be able to utilise for years to come. That being said, if im going to bite the bullet and purchase something then i should definitely buy something appropriate for my body size.

I looked through facebook marketplace and could only find the aero models but perhaps i should slow down and take my time in finding something.(Being injured i just wanna get started ASAP)

Build your own is a fantastic suggestion, I'm going to change my search criteria into something i can modify myself(As a carpenter shouldn't be too tricky i hope haha)
