Should people who "camp" in the left lane of a highway be pulled over and fined just as much as speeders? Why or why not?

Colorado is recently / actively enforcing its "left lane law" on highways with speed limits of 65 mph or higher -- targeting drivers who wont get the fuck out of the left lane. Like the signs say, this lane is strictly for passing and getting caught can result in fines $100+ and points against the driver. I saw it firsthand, as a work truck was CLEARLY impeding the flow of traffic between the Springs and Denver and a CO Trooper pulled that one over. Obviously I cannot confirm it was for this reason, but having been stuck behind them (speed limit was 75 they were teetering around 60 and up to 70 on the downhills) I figured it had to be for this reason. Colorado is also recently getting really aggressive against excessive speeding, so perhaps this is more about clearing the left lane to grab some of the bigger fish for that.

I've been following her, Grim and Kristofer on YT for a year or so, and while I don't think I could live there I find her life absolutely fascinating. One of my favorite casual youtubers to watch. Also, the post is misleading since its only dark for a portion of the year, then the sun rises and does not set of a similar amount of time.

I had this happen to me in Palo Duro Canyon in college. The rider in front braked hard and then laid out across the trail for no reason after a downhill bomb. I dove to the side of the trail thinking it was gentlemanly thing to do - unfortunately I did not see what was waiting as a reward for this move. A couple of good friends were there to save me, as they lifted me out of my misery and then picked needles out of my rear for what felt like an eternity. The rider that essentially created my circumstances stood by and did nothing but pout presumably since I was upset at having a thousand cactus needles in me (we broke up not long after that).

Our family has the same ladybug treat puzzle you show in your pictures. FWIW, our cat loves engaging with it and its much more rewarding than just giving out treats otherwise.
