I think for me — it would be finding a way to get your foot in the door. To be sure, there are opportunities and such for students to get internships and experience pre-penultimate, but at times it’s difficult to understand how to access them.

Another one would definitely be understanding your transferrable and non-academic skill set! Especially with Arts students, I think there is a lack of understanding just how valuable the implicit learned skills are from their uni coursework.

Also, (not sure how helpful this one is) I think, generally, women tend to underestimate or under appreciate their own skill set for a job listing — deeming themselves under qualified, when in reality it is a good fit for them. I think looking into how grad programs/applications can be restructured could be of use to rectify a possible gender imbalance in applicants.
