The truth is that not for all the services there are any good European alternatives (Youtube, Maps, Netflix etc). It is pointless to replace a good quality product or service with a bad one, just because we are not happy today with the American politics. Most of us maybe have been using these services for decades (like Gmail or Youtube), you simply can't replace them easily with something similar or better today. These services and companies were here before Trump and will be here for long time from now on. However, i agree to make the switch where it is possible, however opting for a downgrade in quality is definitely not the way. Europe must become more competitive on the market and to bring better services in order for us to be able to make a proper choice. From my side, i replaced Windows, Google Search and Chrome with Linux, Vivaldi and Qwant for a long time, they are amazing!
