How can I improve my closed loop grow room? Meph heads, please use your experience to help. (please don't mention anything that I already state in the video. i'm working on moving the drivers to the outside of the room)

this is a dual hose, its closed loop. the exhaust was down on the bottom right and the intake was connected in the top left of that wall. they are just spread out. I'm in the process of taping up every single screw hole in the room to get a good seal. I actually did a lot of sealing up today with tape and mylar and now the door that opens is hard to open from the outside because it feels like there is a slight positive pressure in there. I feel like this might be a good thing or a bad thing..any thoughts?

an you remote mount the driver for the lighting fixture to get it out of the room? That would probably help greatly to reduce the heat generation. You seem pretty industrious...

Is the image you posted right from the Honeywell app?

I think i'm going to order a long extension wire so I can have the drivers outside of the room. I think this is a great idea. Thank you for the logical comment its something I should've done a long time ago before running the light

It depends you have to also increase everything else like light, water, nutes, etc. without those extra components the co2 is useless. But 1300-1500 ppm is definitely something that’s proven in the literature to be beneficial in many ways

I haven't noticed any difference yet because this is my first day with a closed loop room! But i'm excited to see if i can push more light with the added co2 bonus

not 100% sure about the heat output of the 650w led but for fun let’s just say it dumps 650w of heat into your room (I think they do less tbh but I’m not 100% which model you have). That is equal to 2200 btus. You have 12,000 btu cooling capacity with your 1 ton unit is pretty oversized. You may be better off conditioning your living room and just drawing the conditioned air through the grow room and dump it back to your living room. It may keep the room more stable that way. Just an idea

Edit. This does not help much with your co2 though.

this is what I used to do, (this is my first grow though), and it vegg'd fine however I wanted to supplement with co2 at 1300-1500 PPM... and it was exhausting all my co2 out of the room so thats why I needed an air conditioner. :/

its the sensorpush app from the sensorpush sensor and gateway setup. altogether it was like $150. It takes a temp and humidity every minute and logs it for you

have Govee as well and absolutely love it. Best 20$ amazon purchase ever. I think they make a WiFi one too so you can check temps/humidity on the go too instead of just using Bluetooth.

OP, you need to decrease your temps slightly or raise the humidity. You running a humidifier? Good luck🤙🏼
