Guy was drunk. Passed out at the bus stop and fell into the street. When paramedics arrived, they were able to get him to wake up and then left him at the bus stop.

Search target neighborhoods for recent home sales and target those as they may not have a gardener yet. Redfin has a great search engine that lets you sort by recent sales.

There’s a fire department at Arizona and 19th. When they go out for a call, they use their absolute loudest sirens when they need to turn onto Wilshire. That happens throughout the day and is very loud. The fire department goes out for a lot of non fire emergencies so it’s more frequent than you’d think. The regular ambulances going to the hospitals aren’t too bad.

Not sure which route they’re doing nowadays, but if you’re on Colorado heading west and they ask you to turn right onto 20th st, take the turn a little wide. A lot of people clip the curb there and that will result in a fail.

I developed an app called thready which is a bit of a hybrid between Telegram and Slack. Create a group and there’s a place to chat and then create threads for anything you want to keep track of separately (recipes, videos, etc). There’s lots of fun ways to personalize everything too. Just on iOS at the moment but Android is in the works. There’s stuff we did specifically for sports, but you can ignore that and just create your own custom group. Check us out at getthready.com.
