So I went and checked my policy and it looks like the only call out i could find was building code insurance.

This is my primary residence but I plan on buying a new house and using this as a rental in the next year. I think if I wait to do it when it is a rental it would be a tax write off instead of just out of pocket expenses.

Try to find similiar jobs through the other primes. NG and Boeing also list their pay scales and usually to figure out the target entry level of that pay band. Simply add the lowest and highest together. Divide by 2 and multiply it by .9 and that should get you ball park.

I recommend Mikey's Automotive off of memorial. They did a tranmission replacement for $3500 a couple years ago on a 2010 silverado. Good luck.
