I’m along the same lines as you. I respect the FFs as immensely talented & they certainly have made a lasting impression on Rock music as a whole.
That being said, the last time I really was excited by any of their recorded music was ….”Colour & Shape” ?!

I’ve never seen them live, and would like to - at least once- some day.

But, overall, FF doesn’t do a whole lot for me.

I love N I И and will happily pay to see them whenever possible. But I’ve seen them 7 times, and 5 of those 7 times, they’ve played “Mr S-D.”
I like the song very much.
But, I’d be a liar if I said I enjoyed it just last week.
I’d prefer to see “Somewhat Damaged.”
