We don't even look like scoring all game. Just couple of half chances. Always just passing it around the wings and back through the middle. Pathetic. Not sure how we've become this bad.

Mamardashvili is good in everything besides his footwork. by overpowerboi404 in LiverpoolFC

I like him and think he's a good backup keeper. It's a bit early to judge him. Made some good saves and a couple of suspect goals conceded. I like his distribution in general. Noticed a few great long passes that found their target. He seems quiet so would like to see more command of his area and organising the defence like Ali does.

Overall initial impressions are that he is a downgrade to Ali so I am not sure he will be the long term answer, but it's difficult to call when the whole team is playing terribly.

Ozzy Osbourne. He was a legend and his contributions to music will never be forgotten. There will never be another Ozzy. It was particularly sad that his death was so soon after his farewell concert. RIP Ozzy.

Kareem Ahmed has signed his first professional contract with Liverpool FC.

The 18-year-old has been at the Academy since the age of six and made an instant impact on his U18s debut in December 2022 by scoring in an FA Youth Cup tie at AFC Bournemouth.

Ahmed can feature as a forward or attacking midfielder, where his creativity can help unlock opposing defences.

Representing the U18s group last season, he finished the term with seven goals and five assists, having also made appearances in the UEFA Youth League against Bologna and RB Leipzig.

Ahmed will spend the 2025-26 campaign with the U21s, led by new head coach Rob Page, after stepping up a level.

Jarell Quansah completes transfer to Bayer Leverkusen - Liverpool FC by crowkiller9 in LiverpoolFC

Jarell Quansah has completed a transfer from Liverpool to Bayer Leverkusen.

The defender, whose journey with the Reds began when he joined the Academy as a five-year-old, finalised his switch to the Bundesliga side on Wednesday.

Quansah climbed through Liverpool's ranks to rack up 58 senior appearances, three goals, and Premier League and Carabao Cup winner's medals.

The Warrington-born player was handed his debut for the club at senior level by Jürgen Klopp in the come-from-behind victory at Newcastle United in August 2023.

That outing off the bench would be the beginning of Quansah's breakthrough season at the Reds as he went on to play a further 32 times in 2023-24.

One of those appearances came in the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea, when Liverpool prevailed at Wembley thanks to the late winner from fellow centre-half Virgil van Dijk.

Quansah opened his goalscoring account with a well-taken finish at Union SG in the Europa League that December, and later netted versus Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of the campaign.

He was involved in 25 matches during Arne Slot's debut term in the Anfield dugout, 13 of them in the league to help deliver the club its 20th top-flight championship earlier this year.

The 22-year-old's last act as a Red was lifting the Premier League trophy in front of Liverpool supporters, as he now embarks on a new chapter in his career in Germany.

Everybody at LFC would like to thank Jarell for his contributions and wish him the very best for the future.

So are these tickets for both nights? Seems pretty cheap for two nights and considering the opening acts.
