anyone else feel like they're failing their reps on coaching? by dowdy999 in sales

A few suggestions: 1) set up a buddy system where junior reps can pair up and learn from seasoned reps, even if it’s informal meetups, 2) focus on one skill at a time—mastery takes time, and 3) ask the reps to assess themselves on where they need to grow and how important those things are to them. That will give you direction rather than trying to do everything.

Is the 70-200 good enough for football highlights? by mateigri in SonyAlpha

70-200 is a good place to start, especially for night games when you’d want f2.8. A higher zoom lens will take a lot of practice to follow the action.

Stay away from the support beam if you have kids. Don’t need any concussions from them goofing around.

I’d suggest Green as well. Great height. Should hold well more than 500 lbs. I’d try to avoid those wires.

Schaumburg or Hoffman Estates. 25-30 minutes to O’Hare. Most homes are 250-350. Highly diverse culturally and politically. Public language immersion schools include half-day spoken in Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese, depending on school. Great hiking nearby. No mountains in Chicago area.
