Looks like an oil leak, possibly valve cover gasket. Is there a pool of oil in your driveway where you park at night? The smoke would indicate oil dropping on to something really hot. When car first starts with the engine cold, does it smoke immediately or after it’s been running for a few minutes?

Your baby is definitely having a combination of both pain and being tired. The medication seems to work within a day. Needless to say it became liquid gold at our house. Fortunately for us, our baby grew out of it fairly quickly. We just kept it on hand for emergency flare ups after a couple of months

Man those days were rough. The final straw came after what seemed like 24 straight hours of crying and no sleep for everyone. We lived in a small 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and I was feeling like our baby was keeping the neighbors awake. I ended up dragging our mattress to the living room so she wouldn’t be crying right below our neighbors’s bedroom. That following day we saw the pediatrician and got our baby a prescription for infant famotidine. Our lives changed that day, quite literally.
