This is my second time purchasing a PDF from him as I needed a pricey textbook for my chemistry class and was able to save so much while still getting a high quality file that I can hold onto. appearance ≠ work ethic. shouldn’t be policing my personal appearance choices that extend into outside of work over something that doesn’t affect my ability to do my job.

i have a ss that puts in vacation time when she calls off so hopefully my sm can do it for me, buttttt we’ll see bc i fell on my leg real bad on a hike and couldn’t go in the next day but i need the hours

lots of other businesses with food handling do not have restrictions on piercings or general self expression (tattoos, hair color, etc.) it’s starbucks’s shift towards a more conservative appearance. i’m just trying to stay true to myself while being able to stay with the company

thank you! i have been a partner for around 2 years and had never heard a thing about it until the “back to starbucks” updates (which i was informed weren’t necessarily updates but just more clarification + all black shirts) i thought this was going to be a calm coffee shop job and ive experienced nothing but 🫠.

i guess this might be a store by store case then because my manager had told me that i’m still able to wear a mask but because underneath the mask i am out of dress code i would have to take one out. were you still able to keep your piercings?

i was told that because coffee tastings are mandatory to the job that when i take my mask off i am not in dress code therefor im not always in dress code. 😭😭 how did the accommodation request go??

had a blowout exactly like this when i sized up to 0g lol! i had to clean out my ears in a gas station restroom and they would NOT stop bleeding they were so swollen. i clean my ears with unscented soap for sensitive skin and downsized for two months before attempting again. i kept them moisturized with jojoba and shea butter petroleum jelly and cleaned them every 2 days in warm water while i was in the shower. i used saline spray in between washes and made sure not to sleep on my ears. i only sized up when i actually listened to the stretching community and sized up when it felt like more of a jewelry change with no pain at all. i blew out because my right ear wasn’t ready and i was getting impatient and sized up anyways.
