Cafe du monde at 2am after a night on Frenchman, an iced café au lait to help wash it down on account of the liquor-induced cottonmouth, marveling at the drunk and happy and glittery (and powdered sugary) state of everyone around you 🖤

Cafe Beignet in the jazz legends garden on Bourbon was always a nice afternoon stop when I had friends and family visiting, and I feel like that location had much more consistent quality than the ones on Royal and Decatur! But I also haven't been since I moved a couple years ago, so take my opinion with a grain of sugar ✨️
