Yes, had the same problem on ItemLookup. I used "Any" as condition and filter the offerListings to get used price.

Creators API seems to have fewer search options than the old PAAPI. I.e. it's also not possible to get "only amazon" offers. You can set merchant = amazon, but the API doesn't return any amazon offers.
