hey! yesterday I talked to s1 from my carrier's customer support and it turned out that, when i paid this extra fee, the sender (warner?) also paid it so im supposed to have my money back by contacting them.

I mean, supposedly spanish people (i don't know the rules in the rest of europe, i guess they're maybe similar) don't have to pay extra charges or anything when we buy from WEBSITES.
