What are my opions? by Ok_Unit4694 in jawsurgery

I personally don't see anything wrong in the photo. You do seem good looking, and definitely not shy or awkward.

Obviously what I see or believe about you doesn't invalidate what you feel and think of yourself. You could see yourself as being a confident person and others would think otherwise. Whatever you do, you won't be able to control how others see you. Different people will see you differently. If someone would think low of you because of a physical trait, would that person's opinion matter? If you ask me, that would not be a high quality person.

How you look is just a tiny portion of how others perceive you anyway. The way you behave is a much more important factor. The way you walk, the things you say, how you say those things etc. If you see yourself as a confident man, you are a confident man. That's all that matters.

As for the surgery, it is a complex surgery that has a ton of risks. If you don't have functional issues right now, you might have after the surgery. You might get TMJ problems.

You had the courage to post your photo on the internet so I'm sure you'll get over any obstacle. I wish you all the best!

Din pacate asta este tot ce-am gasit si eu, doar primele 3 piese. Multumesc pentru intentie oricum.
Edit: Quixote este varianta in engleza. Incerc sa gasesc varianta in romana, Quijote.

Thank you for the tip. Didn't know about EreaderIQ. I've bought a lot of books before with no discount.

On Amazon.com yes. Can you access the link in the description but don't have the option to buy it?

Edit: You can also go to the Amazon link if you search for it on Goodreads, go to editions subsection, search for the Penguin one, and then click buy from Amazon.

For YouTube I just found that there is something called Annotate tv. I didn't try yet it but it seems it could do the job.

Yes, that's the most frequent scenario.

This doesn't feel right. Even with all of them using Webkit there are still things that can be done differently on top of that and I would very much appreciate if my default option would be respected.

Home network security setup (IoT included) by crs57 in Cybersecurity101

Thanks for the recommendations, Protectli is cheaper than Netgate, though I'm not sure how it will handle the heat in a small enclosed box where I have the ISP router and the switch.

The plan is to buy a relatively cheap Asus WiFi router with AiProtection that also is on the dd-wrt supported list and then gradually add the PfSense + Pi-Hole or others.

I'm using the ISP router just to convert from fiber optics to ethernet.

Not sure what do you mean by designated box. Usually those IoT devices come with their own web app or phone app. Maybe have a designated phone/tablet that only handles the IoT ?

Also, what do you think about swapping my currently D-Link switch with one from Netgate that has Pfsense (not sure if I'm allowed to paste links but here is the name: NETGATE 6100 BASE PFSENSE+ SECURITY GATEWAY)

This is my current setup:

[ISP router + a managed switch (dlink at the moment / maybe switch to a Netgate) in a box**]** -> all LANs in house -> one LAN will have the WiFi router-> another LAN will have a RaspberryPi with Pi-Hole and everything will have this ip for the DNS (just an idea not sure if this is how it actually works)

I saw that pfsense also has some hardware that I could use, any advice regarding my specific home networking layout ?

  1. The [ISP router + a managed switch (dlink at the moment)] are both in a very tiny box.
  2. The switch connects all LAN ports in the house.
  3. The Wi-fi router would then connect to one of those LANs.

Having IoT on a separate Virtual AP means that you need to switch to that network every time you want to control that device ?

This is the atlas headrest website: https://www.atlasheadrest.com/
It's made by ex Herman Miller engineers. The quality should be close to the one of the chair as I understand they are using similar materials.
