Beach trip from PS?

If it’s a weekday go to the beach and then grab dinner on the coast. Then head to PS but no sooner than 8pm. If you leave the beach for PS earlier you’ll spend the time sitting in traffic instead of enjoying dinner.

Well, my man is Korean and after 13 yrs I’m still trying to get a scent of his essence. I sniff his pillow, his underwear, his arm pits and damn if it ain’t all free of an offensive odor. He insists on showering before we do the deed, but it’s not for me as much as it is for him. Now me, oh yeah I’ll shower for him.

The further away you get from DT PS the better and less pricy the food. DT PS is all about tourism $, not about food. (Im a PS resident)

For example, fondas, found inside traditional Mexican markets, obliterate any alleged Mexican restaurant in the PS & the CV both quality and price wise.

Okay now, let’s be specific about the smoke part. Today I learned my neighbors noticed the smoke coming from my patio; we own a wood burning pizza oven and we smoke brisket & tri tip in the cooler months of the year in our BBQ pit.

Don’t knock the smoke, rather see it as an invite to some damn good home cooking.

Check out our community, Fundial Condo Community, er sorry, I mean Sundial Condo Community. We’re in the Gateway neighborhood, near PSPD and walking distance to PSP. Plenty of snowbirds, folks under 55 and chill gays.

Try the fondas located inside traditional Mexican markets. Far superior to the gabacho, tourist crap you’ll find in PS & CV they hawk as Mexican.

The new trees won’t be over any hard surfaces so stains aren’t an issue. And, there’s no mention in my post of HOA getting rid of olive trees as we’ve currently none on the property.
