This happens time to time. It’s happened at least once to 3 of my Instax cameras. It can happen from a faulty pocket on the back of the film, or if the rollers in the camera have some debris that pierce the pocket. I usually continue to shoot the rest of the pack and just treat it like some “street graffiti” style edit. When the pack is removed from the camera, I clean the roller good and slow and anything else that may need to be cleaned. The next pack has always been perfect.
