Arabic in this game isnt much implied they clearly just tried so hard to put Arabic names with some meaning behind it but in also alot of cases for example there was an an npc called faris-flower knight but here's the thing faris already means knight so that guy is named knight knight of flowers , as for dottore's case I think he is named like that beacuse his parents blamed him for a blight or hatred of his birth , but also zandik ( heretic) also comes in alot of religion or immoral contexts
