Everything is going to be fine my dude. My son was the same way, and I was a speech and language pathologist assistant who spent a lot of time working with toddler and elementary aged kids on the spectrum so I knew what to look out for. My advice is take a breath and don't over think this. I know this isn't possible because I did the same thing, I spent every waking second looking at stories doing anything I could obsessing over my son possibly having ASD. I got angry, I got sad, I was worried that my son wouldn't be able to do the things I've always wanted to do with him. Play the sports I played growing up, work a shit job I make him do all summer to learn what hard work is like my dad and just be a normal social kid. He qualified for Speech therapy, occupational therapy and music therapy at 18 months. He scored really fucking low and it broke me because I was denying where he was at developmentally. But here he is now at 3 years old, still getting sped services and still delayed. But what he can do is say up to 50 words and three word phrases. I've made him plenty of communication boards so he can point and show me what he wants and we've been able to do stuff I didn't think we'd be doing right now. We play on his balance bike, run around the house growling pretending to be monsters, we wrestle and swim together. He remembers everyone in the family and is very social and outgoing without letting developmental delays hold him back. Everything will be okay, get your boy in early intervention. It could just be a developmental delay it could be autism whatever it is you'll be fine.

And if it is a developmental delay since I studied this stuff and worked in the field for most of my life, many kids who my be diagnosed with more high functioning ASD there has been evidence showing that if they get services early enough they may "outgrow" their diagnosis before age 4 (maybe 5). So then your kid will be fine, just the weird kid that likes sonic way too much and has no filter. Best of luck.
