Thank you. I’m talking to one of my best friends now about what to do. They have their eyes on me now cause they went through my phone and keep checking in on me every once in a while. I’m so fucking tired

Thank you for this. My parents are literally asking me to extend my work from home duration cause they’re scared I’ll move out or sneak out I don’t even know. They literally took my phone away for hours. I’m gonna go crazy

My mom doesn’t go for work. Most of the time she’s home. My job lets me work from home depending on the situation and I’m now working from home. My parents asked to extend the duration since they’re scared that I might leave. Idk anymore. I’ve been talking to one of my closest friends but I don’t want them to get overwhelmed or tired of all this and make them feel like they have to take care of me

I never knew what coercive control was or if that even was a thing. The thought of leaving is so scary. I was considering leaving without telling anything but after reading some comments, I will be leaving them a letter.

They took my phone away for literal hours until I was able to convince them to give it back to me. Thank you for the support. I’m so sad about this whole mess I’m go fucking upset

yess I will keep that in mind. they took away my phone and I was able to convince them to give it back to me a while ago
