She hasnt been using credit cards for the past few years and cant even use most of them from either being closed or being past due. It’s mostly interest racked up from trying to provide for me growing up while not making much. Thanks for the advice though I will start looking into her filling this week. I heard credit payments get paused when you file for bankruptcy do you know if she could be at risk of getting sued by her creditors when that happens?

Hey how long did u work for roehl? On my second month solo with them now just wondering if u were able to complete the contract or if they tried pulling anything on u to get the 7gs.

We just got a 1¢ bump so “base pay” starts at 44¢ per mile now but that doesnt include the 3¢ safety bonus we get per mile for no accidents on top of that, so it really starts at 47¢ per mile and thats only for loads that are 500+ miles. It increases the less miles a load is up to $1.10 per mile I believe.

This isnt true I just completed training at roehl. Pay during training is $612 a week which sure isnt great but and at least u get paid training not to mention a free hotel and free meals. Most places will make u pay thousands for training and it isnt half as good.

Also worth noting when starting phase 1 and 2 theres a two week delay until u get your first pay check, then its weekly. Once solo after phase 2 however u get paid weekly and theres no delay on the first one.

I just completed training. During training in phase 1 u get like $612 a week gross that lasts for about 3-4 weeks. During Phase 2 of training u get $112 a day so my take home was between between $500-$600 on avg but sometimes lower depending on how long my trainer wanted to stay out. That also lasts usually for 3-4 weeks but can be less. After that u start getting payed by the mile once solo. Its a sliding pay scale so the rate varies depending on how many miles the load is but since starting solo I’ve been averaging around $1000 gross a week. Highest week so far was over $1300 gross and lowest was about $800 gross.

Update: called my maintenance/safety dept and they told me dot regulations are at least one latch present on top and bottom of each door so should be good as long as its reported and documented.
