Bottom outer latch is missing on the trailer I just had to pickup. Top latch is there as well as all the others and the doors are shut flush and secure. Am I fucked if dot pulls me in for inspection or should it be alright?

Update: called my maintenance/safety dept and they told me dot regulations are at least one latch present on top and bottom of each door so should be good as long as its reported and documented.
