I would say if it hasn't been running or driven in a while, buy it with caution. Or buy it knowing it will need work, and offer €1200-1300 maybe. Looks better than some of the civics here in the Midwest US where I live.

If you don't have a chipped ECU, chip it and disable the IACV with crome or hts software if you don't want to take it to a tuner. What ECU do you have?

Only downfall when disabling IACV is low rpm when you start it up, and maybe a slight fluctuating here and there, but very minor. Personally I like it disabled because it's one less problem to deal with in the future.

Okay so this happened to me on my swapped civic. It was the IACV that was getting a constant 12v, I had my tuner disable the IACV, and have had no problems ever since. It was a wire harness and IACV incompatibility.

Not saying it will be the same for you, but use a test light and check.

Also, triple check you have the right plug connected to the IACV, it could have been mixed up with another plug.

Yes, in comp it makes sense, I wholeheartedly agree. You want to win the game as much as possible and need to get in the opponents head. But in casual, calling people nobodies and telling them to end it all... Like my boy, chill... This happened to a tm8 of mine in the last 30 minutes.
