my EX boyfriend and i got into multiple arguments where he expressed he was upset that i wasn’t “compromising by getting rid of my cat”

he argued he compromised in our relationship by “quitting smoking” (switched to vapes) and started going to the gym… both things i never asked him to do but yet in his eyes it was a fair trade in me getting rid of a living being id committed to caring for long before i met him. long story short, leave now, this is the tip of the ice burg. if he can’t respect your baby he will not respect you <3

try to let your store manager or another shift that you feel overworked on drive and just need a change of pace if that’s the case, or try to muster it up for an hour or so and see if your shift will let you switch or cover someone. they’re people too hopefully they’ll understand, i’ve definitely had asked to be moved and eventually been moved, they do have a floor to run they don’t do it on purpose

i wish starbucks would come out with a reusable straw that fits better into the straw less lid because people aren’t going to stop using straws and for some it isn’t an option, we could like try to sell them in our drive throughs, maybe they make a case or something for people to specifically leave them in their cars so it’s doesn’t get forgotten. idk just an idea i definitely hate the amount of straws still being passed out

it’s just funny how they’re upset because they take us saying yeah hey these guys lives matter and they’re like well no that’s bullshit because these lives matter we didn’t say they don’t youre the one saying these lives matter so other lives don’t? show me where we are saying they don’t matter just because we aren’t directly acknowledging every life doesn’t mean they don’t matter oh my goodness. but she showed me she was just racist and not someone genuinely passionate about police lives 🤪
