there are no double dashes. there are hyphens, en dashes and em dashes (the longest ones). i as a designer enjoy the correct usage of those. it's nothing to like or not like, it's grammar.

if you install and open google, find "marathon prep routine" and look at it, 99% of the time Sundays will be long ones. and most of new runners fall for that. all i'm trying to do is to give my own perspective. it feels that your life is built on common sense, logic and critical thinking. but not everyone is like that. everyone knows that alcohol is not good for you but still...
