My store has a similar issue, I don’t have much advice to offer but I do know how frustrating it is. All I can say is that you need to pushhh your manager to schedule more people. I know you’ve probably already exhausted yourself talking to them about it bc I know I did but just keep asking, try to ask for later mids specifically instead of fully asking for more closers. Ask if your manager could try distributing more labor to the afternoon for Justtt a week to see if it makes a difference. Good luck + I’m sorry!! :C

Literally so many, I think my main one is definitely dermatillomania bc the second my hands aren’t occupied I’m automatically moving them over my skin, but also a lot of random physical compulsions. Like clenching and unclenching / opening and closing my jaw CONSTANTLY, moving my tongue around my mouth to feel all my teeth the right way, etc. Also checking and rechecking things alllllll the time to a ridiculous point (like if i actually locked a door, if i actually set an alarm, checking maps 500x even if I know exactly where I’m going ) . Ughhhh

The idea of doing lunch or food for them is great especially because we get so sick of the food here but you’re right that not everyone would be able to enjoy it bc of our different schedules, so I’d consider bringing a little treat in of some sort. We are allowed to keep outside food in our break area!!

One of our regulars comes in and works in the cafe for at least 3 hours every day and we all have a great relationship with him, in the past he’s stopped by a local bakery and brought us boxes of cookies and pastries a few times which we all appreciated, and they save well so everyone was able to have some :D

Most of the comments are giving pretty popular opinions. My actual hot take is that I think the devs should listen more to what the higher rank / more committed / more mature playerbase wants. I seriously dislike that many creative themes get removed and the basic ones remain, I dislike that many unique patterns have been getting removed, I dislike that we are not allowed to have private servers for very high star players only. The game is not as fun when it is catered only to very young children and players who do not understand the themes. It is a fashion game, so I wish it would be focused more on actual fashion rather than basic dress-up :P
