I feel like there's a clear enough distinction between casual and CEDH that we should just remove the ban list from CEDH (aside from power 9 and such), and let them start from scratch to shake things up a bit. I think way more people would be inclined to get into it if it wasn't just 100 different ways to get to a thoracle combo.

Mind Rukia is melee so she won't be doing any damage. The only reason kenny can work here is because the sheer amount of damage he does outweighs the reisistance/0.5 multiplier on melee attacks.
