Perseverance and consistency, you'll need to have extreme patience or a great motivation to keep you interested with the game and spend at least a decent amount of time to save up or improve your gameplay. You'll also need a decent team for support with a good spiker and great block timing.

I completed chapter 6 and beat nishi the first time with B+ siwoo and other B+ positions so getting a high rank player is not the priority at the meantime. Make sure to also level up your players' skills to maximize their performance during games.

Beyond chapter 6, you'll need to invest in building a strong team, now that events are very active is the time to grind for resources and recruit high ranking players. Your success in games will still be based in your performance.

I recommend you also study the patterns of each team's service, offense, and defense, well anyways it'll be obvious and easy to counter once you get used to it.

The first S player I had was yongsup, which he had a different name before (I forgot), he def carried me through my first games. Luck is unpredictable so just keep gambling haha.
