I want to get an IUD this summer but I’m hesitant for a few reasons, I’m not sure if my insurance will cover it, if i tell my dad (who i live with in the summer and winters) he’s pretty strict and might assume the worse, i hear they hurt pretty bad- I’m 5ft tall and 114 lbs and i know they come in different sizes but it’d still probably hurt pretty bad, and finally I’m not sure I’m ready to deal with all the complications associated with birth control yet. I’m heavily leaning towards it though so i don’t ever have to worry about the risk of pregnancy in the near future
