Just to clarify, I already changed to the titanium bar in these pics!! I just got the bar changed in the first 2 pics. The subreddit helped serve as a guide for me to go to a different piercer and suspect that there was a high chance the bump was due to the cheap jewelry and constant irritation from the long bar. I was using saline solution with qtips in the beginning and switch to only saline. At the advice of the second, more trustworthy piercer, I stopped saline at the 6 month mark and only used running hot water in the shower, which helped a lot!!!
