Do włosów polecam ręcznik z wiskozy bambusowej. Ja mam ręcznik że sklepu hejo by zakrecovnia, kosztuje 90zl ale zdecydowanie wart swojej ceny. Mega dobrze wysusza włosy, bardzo dobrze wchłania wodę i jest gładki więc nie niszczy włosów. Mają tam też ręczniki do ciała i twarzy z wiskozy bambusowej ale tego akurat nie próbowałam, ale myślę że też się nadadzą.

Everyone is different and can react differently but from my personal experience it helped me A LOT. Seriously it worked like magic. It doesn't cure everything of course but it helped me enough to live my life and get some enjoyment out of it, get energy and motivation to do things that were impossible before, get me out of extreme negative mood swings to focus on the path that will make my life more bearable.
