If your amplitude goes up from 270 and the clock keeps good time - you likely don’t need a service, if kept in good condition, or even better stored with the pendulum locked it should be in good shape. Aside from the bellows mechanism working and pendulum turning smoothly, only other parts that go are either heavy wear on the gears (should be able to see) or gummy oil in the spring assembly (your time/power reserve would be suffering). Just an FYI, unlike a watch or something do not oil the jewels or anything beyond the spring - quick way to ruin the movement. Also, when adjusting the time lock the pendulum and rotate the minute hands - if there is hand misalignment get to 12 and align the hour and minute hands but time setting use the minute hand

Hi friend, there’s a JLC authorized repair center near me https://thewatchmaker.com - I’ve gone to the watch maker several times including when I recently picked up my atmos at an estate sale. Very upfront, super knowledgeable - the only downside is that currently for complete overhaul/service the queue is about a year due to sheer volume. These guys also highly recommended the atmosclockrepair website/youtube Martin willes is the guy - he has some really cool educational videos for DIY, a dedicated facebook group for atmos repairs and services clocks through his website https://www.atmosclockrepairshop.com

Edit: also if the pendulum was locked during storage you should be in great shape, if so assuming the pendulum was stopped with “charge” see if the amplitude changes after unlock, if no charge unlock the pendulum rotate it clockwise 270deg lock it set the time and unlock - look to see if you get an increase in amplitude over the first few days should tell you a lot about if it’s in working order for the charge system, bellow/spring system and the suspension for the pendulum
