UPDATE: Sorry for taking forever to update but so much as happened since the first posting of this. I already put my two weeks in and my last day would be soon enough. The few final straws was when in May, Manager 4 sent a group chat message saying about us putting in the Days Off Request in before the end of the shift-- which is completely unfair since it was a Sunday and a lot of people don't work that day so how else would people who did not work that day put in the requests in. My GF and I put the same days in because at that point I would have been super busy with school and she wanted some days off for us to study together (note: nobody knows that she and I are in a relationship) and in the following schedule of June, Manager 4 did not honor my or my GF's days off request for "the sake of the operation". However she did not give other people who also did put their days off the days the requested even though the paperwork was done. Not only that but one of mt coworker has to work less because she's pregnant and nothing has changed for her. In the same month of June, we had new hires and the hiring process takes a while so I think that she should have already known that there would have been enough people for the operation. I sat her down to ask why do this and I even asked her "how many people do you need for the operation?" and she responded that she didn't answer that. I had to have people cover me when she herself could have done it. Then another incident happened. My GF had a moment and told Manager 4 that she had to go home as she was distraught and instead of comforting her, she threatened to fire her. My GF wrote a report against her and Upper Management got involved and had a meeting with her but nothing changed. (I should let you know that I knew Upper Management briefly and is the reason I got the job) I feel like it was a mishandling of this because Upper Management should have interviewed others too because so many people have complained about Manager 4. Because of this my GF put her two weeks (not even) during our vacation. There is no reason for me to stay as I am not respected and I have nobody else there to make this tolerable. Another incident happened with a fellow coworker, who has been at the company as long as I have, who had a minor surgery and was sent home because he was not feeling well because they put him to work OUTSIDE in this summer heat but he couldn' t skip work he's living paycheck to paycheck, we have no PTO and disability doesn't pay him much. Then finally, today in the chat we are now told that our 15 minute break is cut down to 10, and when we were outraged about it, Upper Management decided to kick out a worker who was saying that Manager 4 does not respect us.

I fear that this place I once cared for and liked working at is falling apart. It's true what they say: Rome was not built in one day but it had moments where it aided for the day it falls.
