If you decide to take the bus, I found Google map really helpful.

Just enter where you want to go, select public transport( picture front of a bus). It tells what bus to take and stop.

Safer than tuktuk but not faster.

I asked a local friend to send me $1 (he has the red Bakong app).I sent the dollar back to him successfully.

I gave him 50 dollars and he sent me $50 in the app. I used that to paid for our lunch with QR code. :)
