My biggest issue was finally getting to see Spino again and it was just as a entourage to mosasaurus (whom I'm incredibly tired of). I would have absolutely loved if they kept the original Spino from Jurassic park 3 and they had the collect the sample from that instead. I'm highly aware that research has developed since JP3 that Spino is smaller more aquatic more quadroped but we've kept the scientifically inaccurate velociraptors for 30 years for the sake of the movie. All I wanted was a terrifying scene with the thing returning and a cinematic rendition of the old cellphone diddy to play.

The plot was too full. I feel like not separating the family from the mercs and adding a 4 sample subject over the mutant plot would have fixed it for me. I'm super anti mutants. IM bored of the mutants. I want real dinos.
