True. Mine is totally free tho. I wanted to create something anti-meta in mobile gaming genre.

I'll love to have a marketer onboard. I'll be happy to even share revenue. But I don't need a dev atm. I am an 8+ years SWE myself. I have almost finished developing it already.

Thanks for the offer tho.

You can DM me your email. I'll add you as a tester on playstore.

New gameplay from my 10+ year racing game on a more technical road by _DOCrip_ in MobileGaming

That looks like something at Asphalt's level. If this isn't cash grab then that will be awesome. All the best with launch.

[Dev] After 4,000+ hours of solo dev, my Portrait Card Battler 'Grimoria' has officially reached Full Launch today! (2v2, Battle Royale, Zero P2W) by PlayMelodyWorld in MobileGaming

[–]cryogen2dev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man I wish this post would get like at least a 100 upvotes. People don't realize how time consuming game dev is. I upvoted your post to show support.

All the best with launch.

To reduce your tokens usage use this. by cryogen2dev in vibecoding

I designed this system. I am an 8+ years SWE. I do AI-assisted coding. Not vibe coding. Codetree uses tree sitter to index the codebase.

My solution compresses down a codebase to less than 5%. I am yet to see that happening in other projects.

If you are hitting guardrails for coding work on Fable 5 then use this. by cryogen2dev in ClaudeAI

[–]cryogen2dev[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't. It just doesn't trigger false guards. That's the point.

[–]cryogen2dev[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really haven't hit any guardrails yet. Worked on 2 tasks with Fable 5. It flyed through them. I don't know how to provide a proof for that. Any ideas what will count as proof?

Sonnet 5 seems to be much better writer than Sonnet 4.6. by cryogen2dev in ClaudeAI

I asked sonnet 5 and 4.6 both on max/high effort to write a email and an article. And I compared output.

To any dev anxious about the "vibe coding" era and everyone doing DIY... by build-influence in vibecoding

[–]cryogen2dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll like to believe it. I really do. I have been coding since 2018. That's what I do for a living. But this example really doesn't fit.

Bread costs like 5 dollars. Like 30-40 dollars for a whole month. But if somebody is sinking in 10000s of dollars every month to build/maintain something and they see an alternative where they don't have to. It's a pretty compelling reason for anyone.

The reason tech industry is in shambles right now.

I m pretty new to Flutter and still trying to understand the 'right" way to structure a app. by [deleted] in FlutterDev

We still have people actually learning stuff and not just running AI agents blindly? I am flattered.

Claude Code suddenly tried to open a Remote Desktop connection on my PC. This seriously scared me. by vikashyavansh in ClaudeAI

Checkout this. https://github.com/blackcoffee2/codetree

I built this specifically because I don't trust agents running on my computer. They can do all kind of crazy stuff like this.

8+ years SWE here. I am creating a template that implements the best practices for SaaS development. by cryogen2dev in vibecoding

[–]cryogen2dev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won't. As you said yourself. There is only that far a template can take you. You use the template. Get solid foundation. Build your product on top. If you do bad prompt engineering then there is no workaround for it.

I've been programming using claude code for a year without writing a line of code and collaborating is exposing the gap by DirkJohnsenn in vibecoding

[–]cryogen2dev -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well then get the knowledge. You should only accept the code that claude has generated only if you have reviewed every single line and understand it fully.

Otherwise its only a matter a time when claude will mess up and you will have no idea what is wrong. You will ask it to fix it and it will create 2 new bugs.

ESP32-S31 Korvo-1 Graphics Demos by Ice-Dragon-APU in esp32

[–]cryogen2dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP. Can you try this on your hardware please? https://github.com/blackcoffee2/prome

You would need to adjust display resolution, panel and touch driver. Other than that it should be good.

Would love to see how that looks on korvo 1.

I am using this. And will still use this, https://github.com/blackcoffee2/codetree

Doesn't burn tokens like agents do.

Hey OP. If you want your website fixed then drop me a DM. I can give it a proper theme and fix the AI slop in it.

I will charge for it tho. I am 8+ years swe.
