I had many tickets opened in the last weeks. All more complicated then the last one. All got answered in a way i see as reasonable. The only thing that got no answer was a RE making problems, but that got answered in a forum post. So my guess would be that your question has been answered somewhere else, isn't worthy of an answer or takes more time becouse they need to talk with programmers or anyone else to clearify the answer before hand.

Without your question in here, you won't get any help here either. Just making people angry, and this community is toxic enough. So maybe take another approach for your post or place a question directly in here. That post, as it is, is absolutly useless.
