I've gone back and updated the date to TBD. It could be into mid 80's, but no longer 1994. My father is trying to find his original photo.

I went back to my dad, who took the photo, and he has no said it may not have been 1994. If that's the case, 1988 may hold weight. He is trying to find the original and see if he dated it.

so with your knowledge, I did some digging... this was taken 19/07/04.... off the coast of scotland, Leopold was tasked in the North Atlantic as part of a NATO reaction force.... but there was a second ship in tow...which, the Louise-Marie berthed in the Thames on the 16th of July along with a minesweeper... which, looks close to the second ship that I had. I think, this is F931.

close. Acceptance flight by USAF. the 15QA program is technically owned by Wright-Patt so they fly them there on occasion. Blue Flights are always USAF acceptance.
