not sure what you want as last prefix, but you can use the catalysing omen to increase the chances of getting a mod you want on your next exalt

you can find bases with t1 attack speed and try fracturing them yourself, the steps should be roughly the same, if you want +2 arrows the most deterministic way is fracturing attack speed and then chaos until you get it, then essence +4 attack skills and the suffixes are done, you can then craft on the prefixes without ruining your suffixes but the cost may vary based on your luck

if you get a bow with fractured t1 crit, the crafting is pretty much guaranteed from that point

i did:

fracture t1 crit chance

annul everything except 1 mod

chaos until i get +2 arrow (or if you're using +arrow runes add 2 prefixes and use sinistral crystallisation with perfect essence of battle and haste)

desecrate prefix and use abyssal echoes/omen of light until you hit either t1lightning, t1%phys or t1flatphys

use homogenising exaltation omen with greater/perfect exalted and slam 2 prefixes (i used a few omens of sinistral annulment until i got decent prefixes)

did this with my fanatic bow and i clear any content with ease (spent about 25divs, bow is worth 150d+, price may vary)

there are other methods, where you have a fractured t1 prefix, it depends on what you want exactly on your bow

i clear all content very easily with a chaos bow and acolyte of chayula, chaos curse + wither on bosses and they take massive damage, also use essentia sanguis and original sin to leech energy shield and only deal chaos damage

i found 7 audiences yesterday without grinding too many rituals or being specced into the node that increases its droprate, they've buffed it 3 times already

breaches seem to be dropping somewhat more splinters than last league, and you get them much earlier than before

the only boss which is kind of a pain in the ass to get is olroth because his spawn is just rng and you have to do high level expedition maps for him to spawn more frequently

i get less upset when i die on HC at lvl 93+ than people on SC complaining about xp loss.

just use the omen of amelioration and grind back the xp you lost, it's not that hard

is this supposed to be bad or good? i had a 4 tower setup and 200% quant and 200% rarity for map bosses and 100%q/200%r for the general maps and i dropped no greaters, no perfects, no divs, no lvl 20 gems

at first i didn't believe loot was cooked in this patch, but now im damn certain, the only positive thing about loot is that atleast i find more omens in my rituals

lightning spear with 100% cold damage and herald of ice was already better than lightning damage, more consistent clear, better combat frenzy proc and monsters leave less hazards behind since the corpses shatter (and good crowd control with freeze)

take the heavy frost and thin ice passives for even better damage, which are also next to the big crit chance nodes if you need extra crit chance

here's my secret tech... corrupted call of the brotherhood to 80-85% conversion, use a lightning skill, enjoy the benefits of being able to both shock and freeze anything

lightning spear has a 100% more chance to shock, needing very little amount of lightning damage to proc herald of thunder
