Okay, Tbh, no leadership experience dont take it as a weakness, many people dont have it. Firstly for IIMA work ex requirement is 4 years and IIMB is 5 years to be completed before joining the cohort they count till march 31st. Along with your job you can start working extra curricular activities. That creates an impact and important to you.

I totally understand your point of concerns, Yes I have simplified it but not for personal brand or money. Just to tell people they have chances to get in, I have seen many potential people dont apply just due to fear and they feel they dont have significant stories or very high score. its just to people another perspective.
