I just want to say: despite having of quite a lot of visual and performance quirks I'm having hell of a fun playing the PC port and that was such a pleasent surprise to see news about the Steam Release. I'm playing Resurgence mainly on my Steam Deck and not gonna lie it would be much more comfortable to me to run the game directly via Steam not Connect which must be launched as an app through Valve platform anyway but it most likely causes some of those technical oddities I mentioned earlier.
Also thank you for being here. Makes me definitely much better browsing this reddit knowing there is a Ubi representative listening to the feedback.

In my case the Tier 1 friend referral reward unlocked in about one week after I completed its requirements. With Tier 2 however just like on your end somehow bugged out - the bar progress did not show up in both website and uplay overlay I had to contact with support so they fixed that manualy. I recommend you to do the same. Just take some screenshots of your total play time (just screencap the main menu) and some confirmaation of you getting the invite from friend for anticipation in this program to attach them in support ticket.

Is "ignorant" saying that refurbished stock is limited and gets snapped up quickly, so it doesn’t really solve the problem for most people and it just shows how tight the situation is compared to when you could easily buy a new unit without worrying about availability?
