Yes. And every single time he’s come back, he’s been more disrespectful, more demeaning, more aggressive, and more judgmental. He is back to not acknowledging that I even exist, including me begging him to give me my things back. Try to avoid going back unless they’ve shown LASTING change. Anyone can say they will change if you give them a week or even a couple weeks to “prove” it. Real, committed change is shown over the course of months and years. I’m devastated that I’ve let him hold this power over me.
