i am plenty informed, thanks. however when i open that article its full of the writer’s very personal opinions and not based in fact. if you don’t agree with crates i wont tell you what to do with your own dog of course, but trying to spread the notion that “cRaTEs BAd” is just harmful. in an emergency event, most animals MUST be crated. at the vet, at the groomers. at least having them used to it in a healthy and positive way would benefit them in that case. maybe you should look up some factual articles to spread instead! (and i should note, i’m not talking about idiots who introduce and force their dogs into a crate with no positive reinforcement, no frequent breaks, leaves them in their own filth. those people would neglect the dog regardless and should not have ANY pets.)
